I'm selling this business for a number of reasons, for one I'm going through a divorce so I need to raise money to pay off the ex-wife. Two I no longer live in the UK to be hands on with this business. Three, I have many other businesses in Asia which keep me occupied, and finally I lost my best member of staff who was answering the calls and right now I have a part time fill in to cover the calls and skip collections so I don’t have the ability to fly back to the UK and train new staff.
The person who takes over this business will need to either work the business themselves or train a new member of staff to deal with the enquiries. You will also need to get your own merchant account to take credit cards over the phone, Paypal is also an option but we recommend a credit card merchant account as they are reliable and you get paid 3 days in arrears, you will need at least £4,000 cash float to pay for the skip orders you get from day 1 as the merchant account will pay you 3 days later, so your always earning 3 days behind but it catches up fast as you get more orders. This is a low risk business so there is no rolling reserve.
With the right staff you can make between £50,000 to £100,000+ per year hands free without doing much work once you get the right staff in place, This business can be re-located anywhere in the UK or even abroad as VOIP phone numbers can be re-directed to any location worldwide. However its better being run from the UK as its better if UK staff answer calls for better quality customer service.
